With the new year, I am pleased to announce the launch of a new site program52.com

The site will feature one programming challenge per week suitable for IG/O-Level/AS/A2 level students

You can play for fun or, if you want, see your ranking on the global, national or even private leaderboards which you can create or search to find one for your school/work/friends etc

Here are also some leaderboards I created which you might like to join

• AS/A2 Students - Join Code: a-level

Solutions can be written in any language, since the answers will be data (strings/numbers/media like images etc) and you write and run your code locally, on your computer

Since this is a yearlong event, pseudocode submissions for this "monthly" challenge will be open all year - of course, you can submit your solution in any language on program52.com, but you can also share them here, too

If you have a working solution, please name it sensibly like - "Week 1 | [ChallengeName]"

Let's see if anyone can solve all 52 challenges

Submission Instructions

Create your program on the editor page, then click the upload button at the bottom of the code editor as shown below

Once you are confident your program is working well without obvious bugs, then give it a relevant name, choose the current monthly challenge from the dropdown box, choose some program categories if you want and submit it :)

Note: your submitted programs will be in blue and you can overwrite them by opening them, clicking the upload button again and selecting "overwrite"
